About these prices

Starting prices cover one destination. Multi-city itineraries, cruises, and complex trips are quoted individually, and any additional charges are agreed with you before payment and before work begins.

Trips departing in 15–29 days carry a 20% expedited fee on the package price, and trips departing in 7–14 days carry a 35% fee. For trips departing in fewer than 7 days, pricing is case by case, and we may decline if there isn't enough time to research your trip thoroughly.

Every project is reviewed first

Michelle reviews each inquiry before accepting it. If she doesn't believe she can add meaningful value to your trip, she'll tell you before any payment is made.

INTERNATIONAL TRIPS

What changes when you leave the country

International packages add food-culture and labeling research for your destination — what a package will and won't disclose, which staple dishes commonly hide your allergens, and how allergy questions are typically received.

Your digital allergy card is translated into the local language, written the way a kitchen there will understand it, not the way a translation app would render it.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

There's no checkout button — on purpose

Allergy travel planning isn't a product you add to a cart. You send an inquiry, Michelle reviews the trip, and if it's a fit she sends you a private link to a short Customer Agreement for that trip. You read and sign it online and receive a signed copy by email. Michelle then sends you a secure payment link or invoice. Projects can be paid in full or started with a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due before your guide is delivered.
